Food Installations/ Foodscapes

My work is always inspired by and in collaboration with the earth. I work with you as a food artist to design a seasonal foodscape for your event.

Foodscapes are grazing tables inspired by the earth and the seasons, meant to transport you to a fairy tale.

The foodscape serves as an edible tablescape, reflecting the essence of the seasons, the earth, farmers and orchards everywhere. With nature at the table, the flavors and colors of the seasons create an interactive experience, a connection with the earth and the hands that feed us. 

​

Cake Comissions

I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE YOU A CAKE.

You can commission me to make a custom cake, cookies, or other baked goods for any occasion. The cakes on this page are some of the cakes I have made. Please check out my Instagram for details on these cakes and to see more cakes!

The cakes are custom-made, meaning that they are created based on the flavors that you enjoy. If you do not have any flavors in mind, I would love to come up with flavor ideas together.

The cakes are decorated with fresh fruits and flowers, sometimes nuts or other elements present in the cake. Feel free to send any inspirations from my previous cakes. Please note that I cannot duplicate a design, I can only recreate the same "vibes". 

Please inquire about the cakes at least two weeks in advance. However since the openings fill up quickly, I would recommend reaching out a month or two in advance to make sure you can order the cake for your ideal date. To order, you will be asked to pay a deposit. The pricing for the cakes depends on size, elements, flavors, etc.

I can accommodate dietary restrictions/preferences. However, please note that the cakes are made in my home kitchen and not in an industrial setting where I can control for allergens so please order at your own risk. The cake on the left is a vegan and gluten-free coconut cake with blackberry buttercream.
